	Temperature & Humidity Testing
	APC Technology perform their own in-house performance testing, but are also able to complete full temperature and humidity testing to international and military standards with our modern fully programmable environmental chamber. Testing Range · Temperature Range: -40°C to +180°C · Humidity Range: 10% to 98% · Climatic Mode: +10°C to +95°C APC Technology is also able to conduct evaluation of other manufacturers’ equipment and to advise on any practical action that may be taken to improve the operation of the equipment.
	Thermal Testing
	The APC Technology test facility is fully equipped to undertake complete thermal analysis of new designs by performing energy audits. Studying the heat generation and dissipation of a product at the early stage of development reduces the design iterations and therefore products are better designed and optimised by improving their reliability, safety and cost to the customer. Additionally our infrared cameras help immediately diagnose problems correctly such as hot spots and mechanical wear during the repair process, justifying repairs, and minimising customer downtime.
	Solar Radiation Testing
	Our test facility is equipped to undertake solar radiation testing to determine the effects of direct solar radiation on material and help identify the photo degradation effects of solar radiation. Besides our own in-house test capabilities, APC Technology uses certified third party test facilities to support test requirements to guarantee adherence to the customer’s specifications. Vibration Testing Our test facility is equipped to undertake random vibration profiles on new product designs. Besides our own in-house test capabilities, APC Technology uses certified third party test facilities to support test requirements to guarantee adherence to the customer’s specifications. Environmental Testing APC Technology is an experienced contractor in MIL-STD-810 testing requirements. Besides our own in-house test capabilities, APC Technology uses certified third party test facilities to support full MIL-STD-810 requirements to guarantee adherence to the specification through acceptance and first article testing. EMC/EMI Testing APC Technology product test experience includes MIL-STD-461 testing as applied to customer requirements. Applicable procedures and test plans are routinely developed to ensure full MIL-STD-461 compliance. If supplemental test facilities are required to meet customer requirements, APC Technology uses certified third party test facilities to guarantee adherence to specification requirements.
